If a resident wants to have a production taped on location, the resident must be certified to use the portable equipment, find a certified volunteer prepared to do the videotaping, or pay for the event to be covered according to rates established by WHC-TV. The producer/host is held responsible for content, format, guests, set design, props, and all arrangements before the taping, and for the completion of the program by the scheduled telecast date.
