300, 302 and 304 Tunxis Road, 42 Deer Run Drive Rear and Access Parcel from Deer Run Drive Located Between 20 Deer Run Drive on the East and Lands of the State of Connecticut on the West - Application (SUP #926) of Terra Technologies Group, LLC; Francis E. McInnis and Lipman Realty Incorporated (record owners and/or contract purchasers) (Mark J. Zweifler, authorized agent), requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to authorize a residential development of fourteen (14) attached dwelling units. The applicant proposes to carry out this development under the open space development provisions of Chapter 177-13 through Chapter 177-15 of the West Hartford Code of Ordinance.
