TOWN COUNCIL REFERRALS AND REQUEST FOR REPORTS:

854 Mountain Road - Application (SDD #104-R1-01) of Worth Avenue Associates,
LLC, record owners, requesting a change of zone from R-13 to RM-4 and
then to Special Development District to allow construction of a residential
luxury condominium of sixteen (16) dwelling units on a property containing
16.47 acres. The development site is located easterly side of Mountain
Road on a private access drive located between 850 and 860 Mountain Road.
(Town Council public hearing scheduled for May 8, 2001. TPZ receipt on
March 12, 2001. Decision tabled pending IWWA decision on Inland Wetland
Permit.)
