4. 900 AND 901 Farmington Avenue - Application of Attorney Michael Reiner seeking approval of an alternate parking scheme under the provisions of the West Hartford Code of Ordinances Section 177-32G. A "mutual parking agreement" is being proposed between the West Hartford Motor Inn and the newly renovated office building at 901 Farmington Avenue. Under the terms of the proposed agreement these two properties would "time share" available parking on both sides.
