3a. Code of Ordinances Text Amendment - Fines for Wetland Violations - Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of West Hartford adopting an amendment to the West Hartford Code of Ordinances. The amendment will implement fines for violations of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations of the Town of West Hartford. (Referral to the IWWA on January 5, 2001. Town Council public hearing scheduled for February 13, 2001. TPZ/IWWA scheduled to received referral and request for report on February 6, 2001. Discussion and decision scheduled for March 5, 2001.)
