applicant for ImaginArt) requesting Special Use Permit approval for a
school of art with art classrooms, an art gallery and related offices
for art teachers. Average class size will range from 4 to 12 children.
All general classes will be age specific for children ranging from 6 to
12 years of age. Evening classes for adults will be scheduled 1 to 2 nights
