Colins requesting an Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetland and watercourse area. (West Branch of Trout Brook as it flows into Mooney's Wood). The applicant is proposing a 384 s.f. addition at the rear of an existing home. Being proposed is a new sunroom (11' 6" X 18') with an expanded kitchen, laundry room and storage area. Segments of the existing home and deck currently encroach into Channel Encroachment Lines managed by the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection. The applicant is proposing a two-story wood frame addition to an existing residence. The new addition will provide a two-car garage, office-study, mudroom entry and second floor master bedroom suite of approximately 1,100 s.f. Increased lot coverage from new construction will be approximately 700 s.f. New driveway impervious surface will be approximately 800 s.f. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on July 2, 2001. Street Improvements, Additions and Abandonment - Chelton Avenue to Grassmere and Starr Street Abandonment All Related to Modified Street Lines and Setback Lines - Request from David Kraus (Assistant Town Engineer) for Town Plan and Zoning Commission approval of an amendment to the official street plan of the Town of West Hartford to adopt certain revised street line and setback lines from Chelton Avenue and Grassmere, and to eliminate the street lines and building setback for Starr Street. The proposed street and building lines changes are submitted pursuant to the requirements of the Charter of the Town of West Hartford Chapter XIII, Section 7, Filing of Maps and Plans Notice of Hearing; Assessments.
