Avenue - Elizabeth Park - Application (IWW #701) of the City of
Hartford (Michael C. Collins, Deputy Corporation Counsel) requesting
approval of an Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain
regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a mapped
wetland and watercourse area. The application is requesting a wetland
permit to authorize construction of roadways, drive aisles with additional
paved automobile parking areas directly on a wetland area. Additionally,
other regulated areas include: (1) improved traffic flow and parking
expansion within Elizabeth Park; and (2) outdoor dining and walk-up
accessory service will be added to the current food service operation.
