Collins, Deputy Corporation Counsel) requesting approval of an Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a mapped wetland and watercourse area. The application is requesting a wetland permit to authorize construction of roadways, drive aisles with additional paved automobile parking areas directly on a wetland area.
