- Application (SUP #926 Revised) of Terra Technologies Group, LLC; Francis E. McInnis and Lipman Realty Incorporated (record owners and/or contract purchasers) (Mark J. Zweifler, authorized agent), requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to authorize a residential development of ten (10) attached dwelling units. The applicant proposes to carry out this development under the open space development provisions of Chapter 177-13 through Chapter 177-15 of the West Hartford Code of Ordinance. The parcels proposed for development contains approximately 5.25 acres. The proposed 10 attached dwellings will be located south of Trout Brook with access from Tunxis Road. A single rear lot building site is proposed north of Trout Brook which will take its access to Deer Run. WETLAND PERMIT ACTIVITY DETERMINED TO BE POTENTIALLY SIGNIFICANT AND SET FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON AUGUST 6, 2001:

22 Gloucester Lane - Application (IWW #703) of Margaret F. Colins requesting an Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetland and watercourse area. (West Branch of Trout Brook as it flows to Mooney's Wood) The applicant is proposing a 384 s.f. addition at the rear of an existing home. Being proposed is a new sun-room (11'-6" x 18') with an expanded kitchen, laundry room and storage area. Segments of the existing home and deck currently encroach into Channel Encroachment Lines managed by the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection. The 100 year flood plan may impact the proposed addition as well areas of existing encroachment. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on July 2, 2001. Presented for determination of significance.)

McInnis and Lipman Realty Incorporated (record owners and/or contract purchasers) (Mark J. Zweifler, authorized agent), requesting approval of an Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetland and watercourse area. (South West Branch of Trout Brook). The applicants are proposing a residential development of a property of 269,857 s.f. plus an access drive for a rear lot. Construction activities within 150 feet of a watercourse include site grading, construction of a storm water detention pond, impervious surface, storm drainage, residential dwelling units and installation of underground utilities. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on March 5, 2001; rescheduled to March 12, 2001. Determined to be significant and set for public hearing on April 2, 2001.
