3 Linnard Road - Application (IWW #732) by Peter McClure, applicant, requesting approval of an inland wetland and watercourse permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an impact on a wetland and watercourse area. The applicant is proposing a rear yard raised wood deck of 270 s.f. (22.5' x 12'). The proposed deck will be located wholly located on wetlands soils. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on August 5, 2002. 29 Garland Road - Application (IWW #733) of William and Athena Krueger requesting approval of an Inland Wetland and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetland and watercourse area (Mallard Pond). The applicant is requesting approval to extend a kitchen by 8'-9" x 18'. The addition will be one floor above ground level. A new deck surrounding the kitchen addition will be constructed (approximately 400 s.f.). (Submitted for IWWA receipt on August 5, 2002. Determined to be non-significant and permit granted.)
