an Inland Wetland and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated
activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetland and watercourse
area. The applicant is proposing the removal of impervious bituminous
concrete and reconstruction of bituminous pavement in the 150' regulated
area but outside of a mapped wetland. Area of disturbance will be
