Westmont - Application (IWW #738) of Faiman Construction, LLC,
R.O., (Richard Couch, Engineer). The applicant is requesting approval
of an Inland Wetland and Watercourse Permit which proposes certain
regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetland
and watercourse area. The applicant is requesting IWWA reconsideration

maintenance of the improvements, the construction schedule and the
removal of the seepage water from the slope along Westmont and the
discharge into the storm drainage system. (Submitted for IWWA receipt
on December 2, 2002. Presented for determination by the IWWA that
the revised plan is substantially different than the plan denied
