(SDD #106-R1-02) of KSVB Associates, LLC, Konover Investment Corporation;
Robin Pearson, Attorney, requesting approval of certain minor amendments
to an approved Special Development District. The applicant is proposing
to modify the floor plan of eight (8) dwelling units to add double
(2) car garages. A small increase in square footage is proposed due
to the garage addition. (Town Council referral for TPZ receipt on
February 4, 2002. Town Council public hearing scheduled for February
26, 2002.) |
