TOWN COUNCIL REFERRALS AND REQUEST FOR REPORT:

3a. 166 Simsbury Road, 2-12 Eaton Circle, 2-67 Henley Way, 4-18 Tabor circle and 8-26 Shipston Drive, West Hartford, CT - Application (SDD #106-R1-02) of KSVB Associates, LLC, Konover Investment Corporation; Robin Pearson, Attorney, requesting approval of certain minor amendments to an approved Special Development District. The applicant is proposing to modify the floor plan of eight (8) dwelling units to add double (2) car garages. A small increase in square footage is proposed due to the garage addition. (Town Council referral for TPZ receipt on February 4, 2002. Town Council public hearing scheduled for February 26, 2002.)

Resolution Accepting Title to Parcel of Land from the State of Connecticut - Town Council reference requesting a report and recommendation as prescribed by the Charter of the Town of West Hartford Chapter XIII Section 6. (Submitted for TPZ receipt on February 4, 2002.)
