Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Map of the Town of West Hartford.
The proposed map amendments are proposed based on an on-site soil
survey and report proposed by a certified soil scientist. (Submitted
for IWWA receipt on January 7, 2002. Recommend that the required IWW

Hoben, Agent, requesting approval of an Inland Wetlands and Watercourse
Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an
adverse impact on a wetland and watercourse area. The proposed regulated
activities are associated with a proposed sixteen (16) lot residential
subdivision. The activities include installation of storm water
management facilities in a watercourse, the construction of a street
within the 150 foot regulated area, construction of homes and related
site preparation including the installation of septic systems within
the 150 foot regulated area. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on January
