lot one-family residential subdivision. Proposed lot sizes will
range in size between 31,650 s.f. and 284,510 s.f. Regulated wetland

approval of a sixteen lot subdivision to be called "Old Stone
Crossing". The developer is requesting a waiver of several
subdivision standards including: 1) sidewalks; 2) granite curbs;
3) maximum length of a cul-de-sac; 4) pavement width for length
cul-de-sac. The proposed subdivision is being submitted under open
space development requirements of the zoning ordinances of the Town.
