Ferncliff Drive at Eastcliff Drive - Application (IWW #735) of Jerome Krasnow requesting approval of an Inland Wetland and Watercourse permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an impact on a down slope wetlands area. The applicant is requesting authorization to construct a one family home, associated driveway, site grading and utility installation in accord with detailed development plans on file. The activity is proposed on a 4.31 acre sloping parcel of land. There is a possibility that down-slope properties maybe impacted by grading and construction.
