is proposing to construct a 6' x 24' dock to extend from the shoreline

(Water Supply Brook). The applicant is proposing to construct a
5'x10' entry porch and a 36'x4' deck along the rear of the house.
Proposed work is within the 150' regulated area. There are no mapped
wetland soils on site. The deck will be approximately 80' from Water
Supply Brook. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on May 5, 2003. Determined

house. There are no mapped wetlands on the site. The addition is
proposed to be approximately 130' from the edge of Wood Pond. (Submitted
for IWWA receipt on May 5, 2003. Determined to be non-significant
and permit granted.)
