Muntz, R.O., requesting approval of an Inland Wetland and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetlands/watercourse area (Wood Pond). The applicant is proposing to construct a 6' x 24' dock to extend from the shoreline edge into Wood Pond. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on May 5, 2003. The applicant is proposing the construction of a single family home within the 150' regulated area on a 22,471 s.f. proposed lot. The existing and proposed residential structure are proposed to be serviced by public sanitary sewer. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on May 5, 2003. 15 Sunfield Lane - Application (IWW #759) of Richard Hughes, III, Architect (Susan S. Izard, R.O.) requesting approval of an Inland Wetland and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on a wetland and watercourse area (Water Supply Brook). The applicant is proposing to construct a 5'x10' entry porch and a 36'x4' deck along the rear of the house. Proposed work is within the 150' regulated area. There are no mapped wetland soils on site. The deck will be approximately 80' from Water Supply Brook. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on May 5, 2003. Determined to be non-significant and permit granted.)

52 Wood Pond Road - Application (IWW #760) of Raymond A. Guenter, R.O., requesting approval of an Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Permit to conduct certain regulated activities which may have an adverse impact on wetland or watercourse area (Wood Pond). The applicant is proposing to construct a 360 s.f. one-story addition to an existing house. There are no mapped wetlands on the site. The addition is proposed to be approximately 130' from the edge of Wood Pond. (Submitted for IWWA receipt on May 5, 2003. Determined to be non-significant and permit granted.)
