adverse impact on a wetland/watercourse area (Bayberry Lane Pond).
The five (5) record owners, all of whom abut the pond, request permission
to dredge the 1.5 acre pond. Bayberry Lane Pond currently impounds
7,480 cubic yards (cy), 1.5 million gallons (mg) of water and 2,240
cy (0.5 mg of sediment). Sediment
depth averages from 0.93 feet to a maximum sediment depth of 2.4
feet. (Submitted for
IWWA receipt on March 3, 2003. Determined to be significant and
set for public hearing on April 7, 2003.)
