South Quaker Lane - Application (SDD #48-R1-03) on behalf of
Ginsburg Development CT, LLC ("GDC"), WHP Realty, LLC
("WHP") and the Town of West Hartford (and as to the Town
of West Hartford and WHP, solely for purposes of complying with
the Town's ordinance requiring joiner of all fee owners) for property
known as SDD #48, Coleco Corporate Center, requesting that SDD #48
be amended to permit approximately 148 residences to be constructed
on the premises together with related improvements, community room
and pool facility and to request approval of an additional lane
on the westerly side of South Quaker Lane where it intersects with
New Britain Avenue and the improvement and enhancement of the park
at said corner. (Town Council public hearing ____. TPZ receipt February
