The applicant is proposing a 14 unit (or a 16 unit) one-family residential development on a 16.27 acre parcel of land. Regulated activities proposed involve: a) replacement of an existing bridge-brook crossing with a redesigned bridge/brook crossing; b) construction of a flood control weir structure within the 100 year flood area; c) site grading and construction for roadways, access drive and individual home sites.
