on behalf of Ginsburg Development CT, LLC and WHP Realty, LLC
for an amendment to the existing Special Development District
at 999 South Quaker Lane known as Special Development District
No. 48 Coleco Corporate Center requesting that SDD 48 be amended
to permit approximately 148 residences to be constructed on the
premises together with related improvements, community room and
pool facility and to request approval of an additional lane on
the westerly side of South Quaker Lane where it intersects with
New Britain Avenue and the improvement and enhancement of the
park at said corner (Public Hearing 3-25-03 and continued Public
Hearing to 4-8-03).
