*Petition on behalf of Henley Woods Association, Inc. for an amendment to existing Special Development District #106, Henley Woods (formerly known as The Homes at Summerwood) and Summerwood at University Park, 160 and 170 Simsbury Road, for elimination of the approximately 400-foot long, 14-foot wide gravel road between the cul-de-sac at the end of Shipston Drive and the Hebrew Home and Hospital, the substitution of vinyl privacy fences between units at the rear of each building for all wooden privacy fences, the addition of vinyl fencing behind 2 and 4 Eaton Circle, the addition of a gazebo in the center of the community green, and the addition of three visitor parking spaces at a location off Henley Way to eliminate off street parking at a curve in the road.
