NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

The members of the Town Council will hold a special meeting on Thursday, April 24, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, for the purpose of considering the following:

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: 7:25 P.M.
ROLL CALL: ALL PRESENT

1. Petition on behalf of Ginsburg Development CT, LLC and WHP Realty, LLC for an amendment to the existing Special Development District at 999 South Quaker Lane known as Special Development District No. 48 Coleco Corporate Center requesting that SDD 48 be amended to permit approximately 148 residences to be constructed on the premises together with related improvements, community room and pool facility and to request approval of an additional lane on the westerly side of South Quaker Lane where it intersects with New Britain Avenue and the improvement and enhancement of the park at said corner (Public Hearing 3-25-03 and continued Public Hearing to 4-8-03 and 4-15-03).
APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS 7-2 VOTE
2. Resolution (Feldman) regarding the exchange of property at 999 South
Quaker Lane.
APPROVED 8-1 VOTE
3. Petition on behalf of Paul and Erin Keily, 12-20 LLC, requesting a zone change for property at 57-59 North Main Street from R-6 to RM/O (residential/multifamily-office) to permit a law office on the first floor and second and third floors to be used as residential units (Public Hearing 4-22-03).
