What Congressional
District are we in?
All of West Hartford is in the 1st Congressional district and the 5th
state Senate district. There are three assembly districts (18th, 19th
and 20th) depending on your street address.
I will be out of
town during the upcoming election. How can I vote?
Absentee ballots are available to eligible voters through the Town Clerk's
office. Applications for absentee ballots are available at the Town Clerk
or Registrars of Voters' office. Ballots for elections, primaries and
referenda are issued in accordance in state statutes and are generally
available one month prior to the voting date.
