Where can I get
a passport in town?
You can get a passport application at the Bishops Corner Post Office or
the Automobile Association of America (AAA) at 815 Farmington Avenue.
How can I get working
papers?
Working papers for students may be obtained at the public high school
serving your area of town whether or not you attended that school.
How can I get an
identification card or a voter I.D. card?
Photo I.D. card applications may be obtained at the Town Clerk's office
for $1. An additional $2 fee is charged when a photo is taken and card
is laminated at Cornerstone Aquatics Center, 55 Buena Vista Road. Voter
registration cards are issued by the Town Clerk upon verification of enrollment
by the Registrars of Voters office, Room 209 in Town Hall. The cost is
50 cents.
Where can I get
a photo I.D. card or season pass for the pools?
All season pool pass holders and those taking swim lessons must have a
current West Hartford Leisure Services photo I.D. The I.D. card is $2
and may be purchased at Celebrate West Hartford, Elmwood Community Center
and Beachland Park office. Individuals with a photo I.D. may purchase
a season pass at the outdoor pool where they will be swimming. Summer
season passes are for residents only and entitle the pass holder to unlimited
use of the outdoor pools.
