Cancellations and No-Shows
Please give as much notice as possible if you do not need the use of Dial-A-Ride for your scheduled appointment. Twenty-four (24) hours is the minimum amount of time needed to schedule a different individual. We do, at times, have waiting lists. No-shows without valid cause are unacceptable. Excessive cancellations or no-shows beyond three (3) or more times per month may result in suspension from the program.
