Case Management
Adults experiencing financial difficulties, family problems, vocational uncertainties, medical conditions, housing issues or other problems negatively impacting their lives, can benefit from a broad range of services offered by the town. Caseworkers are available to serve as advocates, offering support and referrals, and helping to coordinate services and programs for maximum assistance and relief.
