Personnel
Facility
Staffing
A facility staff member will remain on-site for the duration of each
event to answer questions and assist with any difficulties or emergency
situations you might have. If necessary, additional personnel such
as parking attendants or cleaning crews will be assigned by the Facility
Manager, with the cost charged to your rental group. Any plans to employ
additional personnel will be discussed with you at the time your event
is booked.
Custodial
Services
Additional fees for custodial services may be charged based on the size
and time of the function. Any such fees would be determined the Facility
Manager at the time your event is booked.
Police
Coverage
The Town of West Hartford reserves the right to require police coverage
for some events, based on their nature and/or size. If required, your
group will be responsible for making the arrangements directly with
the West Hartford Police Department, and will be responsible for the
full cost of the coverage. The Facility Manager will determine if police
coverage would be necessary at the time your event is booked.
