Booking Your Event
If you are interested in booking a function at the West Hartford Meeting & Conference Center, call the Conference Center Coordinator (860) 561-7511 to arrange a time to tour the facility and discuss the details of your event. Click here for information on booking an all day event such as a wedding.
The Coordinator will determine the availability of the date you have in mind, and will advise you of the rental rate as well as any related fees or insurance requirements that must be met.
The Conference Center Coordinator will remain available to you to offer advice and answer any questions you might have as you plan your event.
Cancellation Policy
The initial reservation deposit is non-refundable. The entire rental fee is non-refundable within 30 days of the event. No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather.
