The Conference Center is available for rental seven days a week throughout the year, excluding major holidays. Morning, afternoon, full day and evening hours can be scheduled.

All events are booked with specific start and conclusion times. This time frame usually includes the actual hours of the event and two additional hours – one before the event for set-up and one after the event for break-down, which are offered at no charge as a courtesy to renters. Any additional time needed for deliveries, decorating or any other reason will be added to the contracted time and charged accordingly.
