Seating
The Conference Center can provide seating arrangements to accommodate a wide range of events. Up to 25 five-foot round tables or 25 eight-foot rectangular tables and 500 chairs can be arranged to your specifications.
Weddings, Banquets, Dances: Up to 200 guests can be accommodated in a floor plan that includes up to 25 round tables with eight chairs at each table. The arrangement can also include head table set-ups as well as tables for food service, place cards; cake, gifts and bar service.
| Theater Seating for Lectures, Seminars and Awards Presentations: Up to 400 chairs can be set up in rows in the auditorium, and an additional 100 chairs can be set up on the balcony level for a total of 500 attendees. |  |
Balcony with Tables: The balcony level can be used to expand the seating for an event. Rectangular tables and chairs can be set up against the railing on both sides of the balcony to accommodate 60 additional guests.
Booths for Shows and Exhibits: Up to twenty-three 6’ x 10’ booths with 8-foot aisles can be arranged on the auditorium floor.
