Event Coordinator and Maintenance Staff
An event coordinator or a maintenance staff person will remain on-site to assist during the event. If deemed necessary, additional staff will be assigned, with the cost charged to the renter.

Police Coverage
The Conference Center reserves the right to require police coverage for certain events based on their nature and size. In such cases, the renter would be responsible for making the arrangements directly with the West Hartford Police Department, and would be responsible for the cost of the coverage.
