Reporting Snow Plow Damage
If you believe your property was damaged by the Town's winter snow plowing operations, please leave a message for the Department of Public Works at 561-8100 no later than April 30. Report the damage immediately. Delays in reporting will result in delays in repairs.
Reports of damage will be investigated by the Department of Public Works. If substantiated, the damage will be repaired. The Town will not accept responsibility for damage to objects in the street right of way if they are there without a permit. The Town will only repair or replace mailboxes if they were physically struck by a Town plow truck.
