Tuesday, August 19 OPEN HOUSE - Saint Brigid School, 100 Mayflower Street, West Hartford, invites you to visit  on August 19th from 5-7 pm. Applications are now being accepted for the 2008-2009 school year. Limited opening are available in grades 1 through 6. Special Summer Wednesdays –
Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Day at The Children’s Museum from 11am – 4:00 pm
End the summer in the coolest way possible: with ice cream. Using super-cold liquid nitrogen (at a chilly -320 degrees Fahrenheit), we’ll concoct ice cream from scratch. Free while supplies last! Each Wednesday, from 11 am – 4 pm, the Museum features unique science activities for the whole family. Registration is not needed. Free with paid admission.
