The Town of West Hartford is working with Peregrine Energy Services Group of Boston, Mass., to survey all our buildings to identify energy efficiency opportunities. Peregrine was hired through a regional grant effort between the five towns of West Hartford, Farmington, Bloomfield, Avon, and Simsbury (read more). Peregrine has surveyed about half of the Town's buldings so far.
