*Application on behalf of 527 Prospect LLC, the owner of the property (the “Applicant”) to amend Special Development District #123 at 527 Prospect Avenue to be used by the Applicant as its law office. The purpose of this application is to allow a small expansion of the southwest corner of the building of approximately 433 square feet, 260 of which are on the first level and 173 of which are on the second level. The Applicant also proposes to add a portico to the front porch, to demolish a two-car garage located on the northwest corner of the Property and replace it with two parking spaces, make interior modifications to the floor plans and install additional landscaping. (This agenda item will be the subject of a formal public hearing and may not be addressed during Public Forum pursuant to Town Council Rules.) |
