Application on behalf of First Hartford Realty Corporation in connection with an application for a zone change for 639 Flatbush Avenue from its current One Family Residence District (R-6) designation to General Business District (BG).

Application on behalf of A.K. Central Limited Partnership, owner of 11 and 13-17 South Main Street, abutting properties on the west side of South Main Street in the Town Center to designate those properties as a special development district in order to remove the Masonic Temple building at 11 South Main Street and construct a four-story building in its place with 21 residential units on the upper floors, commercial uses on the first floor, and a twenty-one space underground parking garage.  The properties are currently zoned Central Business District (BC).

Application on behalf of Harvest Country Store, LLC and SGLI, LLC, lessee and owner, respectively, of property at 161 Oakwood Avenue, West Hartford to allow the retail sale of beer pursuant to a grocery store beer permit under C.G.S. 30-20(b), necessitating relief from 177-36 of the West Hartford Zoning  Code ("Code") which requires a 200 foot separation from the front door of the grocery store to a public park where only 119 feet is provided.  This application seeks to place the Property into a special development district to provide relief from Code 177-36 and to provide greater control over the use of the Property.
