NEW BUSINESS:

12.  Resolution (Van Winkle) to appropriate a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - Assistance to Firefighters Program Grant in the amount of $98,200 and identify town matching funds.
13.  Resolution to amend the fiscal year 2013-2014 Community Development Block Grant fund budget based upon award notification from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
14.  Resolution (Van Winkle) to amend the fiscal year 2012-2013 General Fund, Capital Non-recurring Expenditure Fund and Capital Projects Fund budgets for the purpose of funding $475,000 in capital projects and a $50,000 contribution to the utility services fund.
