Westmoor Park manages the Community Gardening program in Town. Gardens are located on Flagg Road, Cornerstone Drive, and Wolcott Road. Three garden sites are available to residents.

FARMERS MARKETS
West Hartford Center Farmers' Market is open from May through December (Christmas) in the municipal parking lot located at the corner of Arapahoe Road and LaSalle Road. West Hartford Center Farmers' features fruits, vegetables, maple syrup, flowers, cheese, jam and bread from Connecticut farms. Thank you for buying locally and supporting the Connecticut economy. Hours of operation are Saturdays only in May, 9 AM-1 PM. June through October hours are:
- Tuesdays 9 AM-1 PM,
- Thursdays 11 AM-3 PM
- Saturdays 9 AM-1 PM
Saturdays only November & December, 9 AM-1 PM. A Special Day will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2013, 9 AM-1 PM.

The Troutbrook Farmers Market is open every Monday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, June through November 2nd, in the Whole Foods parking lot. |
