What we provide

Thank you for your interest in the West Hartford Meeting and Conference Center.

What the Town of West Hartford provides for your event is:

  • up to 29, 60" round tables
  • up to 20, 3' x 8 '. rectangular tables
  • 395 folding chairs
  • An Event Coordinator that is present for the whole time you are in the facility to assist you with the facility.
  • Parking is validated for your guests and helpers throughout the day.
  • chairs and tables set-up according to the floor plan and broken down for you after your event.
  • Liability Insurance for your event provided by the Town of West Hartford
  • A custodian is present the last 4 hours of your event to empty trash and freshen restrooms.

And a few things you should know…

There is absolutely no exclusivity of the town hall parking lot for scheduled events in the Conference Center.

Your party has to end at midnight and the hall must be vacated by 1 am.

If you serve liquor and charge for it, you must apply for a liquor permit from the Liquor Control Commission (860-713-6200). If you do not charge for your liquor, then the caterers liability insurance will be sufficient.

You are responsible for removing any items you brought into the Conference Center for your event immediately after your event.

The Conference Center holds 240 guests banquet style and 500 guests auditorium style.
