Parking Enforcement
Parking is enforced during the hours of operation pertaining to each parking facility. Our Parking Monitors are there to assist the public with information and/or directions, to promote parking availability, to enforce regulations, and to support a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors to West Hartford Center.
To avoid getting a parking violation, take the time to review the information on our operations and observe the traffic rules. We strive our very best to serve your parking needs.

If you get a ticket, you have two options:
1. Pay your ticket

2. Appeal your ticket
1. Pay your ticket
You can either pay your ticket on line or in person or by mail. All payments should be made payable to the Town of West Hartford. Payments must be made within 14 calendar days of issue date to avoid an additional fine. Include the ticket number on the check. Payments can be sent via mail or delivered in person to:

2. Appeal your ticket
To initiate the appeal process, complete the Ordinance Violation Objection form and send it to the Parking Violations Office.
