Special Event Parking
Special Event Parking is suitable for corporate or personal events where the sponsor wishes to pay for all (or a portion of) their guests’ parking fee. This service works wonderfully for bridal showers, wedding parties, family gatherings, and corporate meetings.
A simple agreement, detailing the date and time of the event, and a valid Visa or Mastercard, is all that is required. After the event, a roster of parking charges and a credit card receipt are provided to the sponsor.
Businesses, tenants, and individuals can reserve one or more metered spaces in West Hartford Center or Blue Back Square. This service can be used to facilitate special deliveries, retail space renovations, or residential moves. The charge is $ 8.00 per metered space, per day. (9AM - 5PM)
Contact the Municipal Parking office, one business day in advance, to make your reservation. Simply provide the meter number and a Mastercard or Visa to secure the space.
