Vital Records Information

The Town Clerk's Office maintains the vital records-Birth, Marriage, and Death certificates-for the residents of the Town of West Hartford, and issues Marriage Licenses to couples planning to be married in the Town of West Hartford. We can issue a certified copy of a vital record for $20.00 to an immediate family member. Others may obtain certified copies of death certificates only, with the social security number of the deceased redacted.
