Certified Copies of a Marriage License

Requests for certified copies of marriage or civil union licenses should include those parties’ names and date of event along with a copy of your driver’s license. Copies are available for $20.00 each. To request a certified copy by mail, print out the Request Form for Certified Copy of Marriage License.
