Parking Enforcement
Parking is enforced during the hours of operation pertaining to each parking facility. Our Parking Monitors are there to enforce regulations and assist the public with information and/or directions to promote parking availability and a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors to West Hartford Center. To avoid getting a parking violation, take the time to review the information on our operations and observe the traffic rules. If you get a ticket….
If you get a ticket, you have two options:
1. Pay your ticket (You may pay on line)
-Or-
2. Pursue the appeal process
Parking Violation Payment
All payments should be made payable to the Town of West Hartford. Payments must be made within 14 calendar days of issue date to avoid additional fine. Include ticket number on the check. Payments can be sent via mail or delivered in person to:

Parking Violation Appeal
To initiate the appeal process, complete the Ordinance Violation Objection form and send it to the Parking Violations Office.
