Parking Programs West Hartford Municipal Parking is please to announce our Workforce Parking Program, designed to offer affordable parking solutions to support the Center workforce service employees. The program is geared for the Center’s workforce, part-time or full-time, with limitation on wage rate. Qualified candidates would be employees of WH Center in the service sector with wage rate at $15/hour or under. The program offers tremendous flexibility supporting most schedules: Full-time, Part-time, Day or Evening shift. Confirmation of employment and wage qualification would be provided by the employers to affirm with Municipal Parking of those interested in participating in the Workforce Parking Program. Tier 1 - Monthly Passes Access cards are available to individuals or corporations on a monthly pre-paid basis of $110 plus tax per card. Validation Parking Validated parking program is available to corporations and merchants located in West Hartford Center. Validated parking program is designed for the convenience of the customers of participating companies or merchants. Monthly invoices would be sent to participating entities for the actual number of validated parking instances at the standard established rates. Prepaid Access Card Access cards are available to individuals for a prepaid dollar amount to be used at any parking facility, surface lot or garage, at standard established rates.
