Inclement Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, residents are encouraged to use good judgment and reschedule non-essential trips.
DATTCO, as the provider of service, will act in consultation with the Town to determine when it is unsafe to provide service. Riders will be contacted by phone and announcements will be made on WTIC and Channel 3.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are scheduled for a ride to one of the Senior Centers, if West Hartford schools are closed for inclement weather, the Senior Centers will also be closed and your ride will be cancelled.
