Ride Limitations
Due to excessive demand, the number of rides per week are limited to three (3). This includes medical/dental, grocery shopping and social use.
It is important that each rider be able to ambulate with limited assistance by the driver. If you need assistance beyond entering and exiting the bus, or to and from the front door, you must bring someone with you who can provide this help. You must let Dial-A-Ride know that you will be escorted at the time of booking the ride.
