Death Certificates
A death certificate is on file in the Town Clerk's Office in the town where the death occurred and where the person lived prior to his or her death. In order to obtain a certified copy of a death certificate, you will need to provide the name of the individual who has died and the date of death. Certified copies may be obtained for $10.00 each.
