Reservations
We suggest that you make your reservation (in person) at least one month in advance. Reservations are secured by a deposit, with the balance of the rental fee due on the first day of the month of the rental date.

A damage deposit is also required at the time of reservation. The damage deposit will be returned after the rental date (assuming no damage has occurred.)

Time on the contract indicates the time in and out of the building. Renters will be billed accordingly for any time exceeding the contract time.

If a cancellation is made two weeks prior to the rental date, a full refund will be provided. Please note that cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the rental will result in a loss of the deposit. No refunds will be made on "no-shows" or on cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
